Our designs are tailored to suit your budget. We advise you every step of the way so that there are no surprises.

Stage One is always about the design and building a relationship with our clients to ensure the design meets your needs. We provide you with building cost estimates throughout the process, and upon completion of the drawings and engineering we are able to provide you with a fixed building cost, and only then are you invited to sign a building contract so we can get started on building the dream.

ADDITIONS

If you love your home, but need more room, speak to us about a extending and renovating. Benefit from having the Architect being the Builder, and providing you the best advice in regards to extending your home.

We have experience in creating a complete makeover to your conventional home and creating a modern look and conveniences of Modern Design and construction.

DEVELOPMENT

We take the unknown out of the sub-division process. Leon is experienced in designing two, three or more homes on a site. Subdividing is a great way to capitalize on your investment, and with Adelaide’s growing population and forecast demand on housing, councils policies are changing to allow for clever design on different allotments.

We manage the entire process, including the design, lodgment to council, surveyors and engineering. We monitor the application, and liaise with council to ensure the proposal has the best opportunity of being approved. Leon and the team will then build the homes and complete the development ready for you to reap the rewards of subdividing.

We also work closely with real estate agents and can provide them the right material to ensure you maximize the benefit from your development.

 

DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a qualified Architect, Leon enjoys the challenge of designing all types of projects. We don’t always build everything we design. We can design your next apartment building, mixed use development, multi-unit site. Our documents are thorough and we co-ordinate a team of professionals including, engineers, planners, energy consultants and building certifiers to ensure we achieve a concise set of documents.

We can manage the ‘Construction Tender’ process, and once building has commenced we can provide you with a project management service that looks after your interest and investment.
